A housewife living with her husband in an experimental utopian community begins to worry that its owners could be hiding disturbing secrets.
Alice (Florence Pugh) and Jack (Harry Styles) are lucky to be living in the idealised community of Victory, the experimental company town housing the men who work for the top-secret Victory project and their families. While the husbands spend every day inside the Victory Project Headquarters, working on the 'development of progressive materials', their wives get to spend time enjoying lives of leisure and luxury.
Life is perfect, as long as the couples actively demonstrate their commitment to the Victory cause. But when cracks appear in the attractive façade, Alice begins to question what exactly they are doing in Victory, and why. How much is she willing to lose to expose what's going on in paradise?
