Kate Winslet wows as an American photographer determined to document the truth of the Nazi regime.
Lee Miller was an American photographer who, in spite of the odds stacked again female correspondents of the time, captured some of the most important images of World War II, for which she paid an enormous personal price.
The film explores the most significant decade of Lee Miller’s life. As a midde-aged woman, she refused to be remembered as a model and male artists’ muse, defying expectations with her war reporting, which gave a voice to the voiceless.
