Dario Argento’s directorial debut, The Bird with the Crystal Plumage is a slick, stylish thriller that represents giallo at its finest.

Throw in Ennio Morricone’s trailblazing music, composed several years after he pioneered the spaghetti western musical style, and you have a slick horror that keeps you on your toes.
