Tarantino’s stylish and gleeful homage to 1970s genre movies: a fever dream of his trademark ultraviolence and eclectic musical moments.
Uma Thurman stars as The Bride, swearing revenge on the highly skilled members of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad lead by Bill (David Carradine).
The auteur-director’s fourth film presents a classic revenge tale blended with icons of ‘grindhouse’ cinema including martial arts films, spaghetti westerns, blaxploitation, and samurai cinema.
