Use this form to book an educational visit to the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford.

Once you have completed the form, we will process your request as a confirmed booking and send confirmation by email.

Please note: most of our shows, special events and educational IMAX films are available on specified dates only. To avoid disappointment, use our Learning calendar to check availability before booking.

Supervision during the visit
The National Science and Media Museum is a public place and it is a condition of booking that group leaders remain with their group at all times to supervise them. Please confirm that you accept this requirement.
Kids’ Handbook
National Science and Media Museum Kids’ Handbook: £5 each

Start your group’s journey of discovery with our brand new Kids’ Handbook, packed with facts, activities and experiments, games and puzzles, plus a sticker sheet. It’s the perfect companion to a trip to the museum, and will help your students get more out of our exhibitions and galleries.

To enable students to make the most of their time in the museum, you are able to pre-order gift bags. To order, select your preferred gift bag below and ensure you state the number required. You don’t need to pay now; bring the money on the day of the trip and your pre-ordered gift bags will be ready for you to collect and pay for at the end of your visit.

Visiting our IMAX cinema? Treat your students to a small popcorn, sweet or salted, for £1.90 each. There’s no need to pay now—simply visit our Box Office ahead of your film screening to pay for and collect your pre-ordered popcorn tubs.

Please note that bookings can be amended up to 28 days before the date of your visit; after this time you cannot reduce group numbers or cancel the booking, and payment will be due for the full cost of any paid activities you have booked.
