Educational booking form

Use this form to book an educational visit to the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford.

If you simply wish to make an enquiry, please email us rather than completing this form. You can contact our Learning team at learning@scienceandmediamuseum.org.uk.

Once you have completed the form, we will process your request as a confirmed booking and send confirmation by email.

Please note: most of our learning packages and educational IMAX films are available on specified dates only. To avoid disappointment, use our Learning calendar to check availability before booking.

Supervision during the visit
The National Science and Media Museum is a public place and it is a condition of booking that group leaders remain with their group at all times to supervise them. Please confirm that you accept this requirement.

Children and teachers alike love our fun Kids’ Handbook, packed with facts about the museum and its artefacts, lots of activity ideas and even stickers! There are sections on space, photography, film and television, the modern world, medicine and future science, with facts and activities to bring each topic to life and make it fun as well as educational.

Please note that bookings can be amended up to 28 days before the date of your visit; after this time you cannot reduce group numbers or cancel the booking, and payment will be due for the full cost of any paid activities you have booked.
