EVENTS VOLUNTEER

As an Events Volunteer, you’ll learn how events are organised and gain valuable practical experience while helping us run a wide programme of exciting events—including Bradford Science Festival. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about Bradford, loves working with the public and is keen to learn new skills.

Read the Vacancy Information Pack (PDF) for more information. If you’re interested in applying for this role, please email our Volunteer Coordinator, Gin, at guenievre.jacobucci@scienceandmediamuseum.org.uk.

Object Handling Volunteer

In this role, you’ll work with items from our Object Handling Collection to tell stories, provoke conversations and get visitors engaged with the objects we care for. This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting and talking to a wide range of people and has an interest in museum collections.

To apply, read the Vacancy Information Pack (PDF). You can then book your place on one of our Taster Days (19 and 22 June).
