Yorkshire Games Festival 2016

You are here:

A five-day extravaganza celebrating games culture, design and production, with special guests, workshops, master classes, and a fun-packed weekend for gamers of all ages.

The first Yorkshire Games Festival took place in November 2016. Our amazing guests included leading lights of the gaming industry such as Warren Spector, John and Brenda Romero, Rhianna Pratchett and Charles Cecil. We also welcomed three stars of YouTube sensation The Yogscast, who combined an audience Q&A with live big-screen gameplay.

Watch our video playlist for highlights from the festival, including John Romero’s keynote speech.
