We're proud to host a range of Bradford Literature Festival events celebrating the written and spoken word this summer.
Bradford Literature Festival is an annual 10-day event with a host of guests and speakers from Bradford, the UK and around the world. As the festival returns to live events after two years of hybrid and online, Pictureville will be home to a broad range of events, including:
- No Ordinary Life: A screening of the new film by best-selling Bradford author A.A. Dhand, including Q&A with the filmmaker
- The Harder They Come: A screening of the iconic film to celebrate 60 years of Jamaican Independence, plus panel discussion with literary activist and theatre practitioner Khadijah Ibrahim and playwright Pat Cumper
- The Downhill Hiking Club: A screening, talk and book signing by diplomat and political journalist turned multi-award-winning comedian Dom Joly, about his experiences in the Lebanon.
You can browse the full list of events and book tickets on the festival website.
Alternatively, tickets can be booked in person from 23 June at the Festival Hub in Bradford's City Park.
