A gripping Cold War drama featuring fantastic photography and visual effects.

Directed by John Sturges, this suspenseful Cold War thriller boasts a stellar cast with Rock Hudson leading the way as commander of a US submarine. Filmed in Super Panavision 70, it was nominated for two Oscars, Best Cinematography and Best Visual Effects (only losing out to 2001: A Space Odyssey in the latter category).

Featuring the first successfully filmed continuous dive of a submarine, Ice Station Zebra is a gripping film packed with beautiful, innovative photography.
