MachineGames: ‘Wolfenstein’

A member of the MachineGames team will discuss the Swedish developer’s success in rebooting iconic first-person shooter Wolfenstein—including the forthcoming Youngblood and Cyberpilot.

MachineGames was set up in 2009 by the team previously responsible for the excellent The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay and The Darkness.

Owned by Bethesda Softworks, the studio is responsible for rebooting id Software’s iconic Nazi-blasting first-person shooter franchise Wolfenstein, with the superb Wolfenstein: The New Order in 2014, followed by Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.

A member of the MachineGames team will discuss the developer’s success in the single-player FPS genre and their forthcoming games Wolfenstein: Youngblood and Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot, due for release in 2019.
