William Pugh: A Guide to Unconventional Games Development

The founder of Crows Crows Crows will talk about creating successful yet unconventional games, receiving BAFTA nominations and collaborating with Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland.

Yorkshireman William Pugh has been creating groundbreaking games since the exploration first-person puzzler The Stanley Parable in 2013, resulting in being named a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit. Pugh set up his own studio Crows Crows Crows in 2015 and created the puzzle game Dr. Langeskov, The Tiger, and The Terribly Cursed Emerald: A Whirlwind Heist with vocal work from Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland, with whom he also collaborated with on the recent ridiculous VR game Accounting+. Always inspirational and unconventional, we’re delighted to welcome William to the festival.
